“Howard Baldwin is Manager of Sector Engagement for the Network for Learning in the Ministry of Education’s National Office. Previously he was the Ministry’s Manager of e-Learning Innovation. Prior to joining the Ministry he was e-Principal of OtagoNet, New Zealand’s most comprehensive on-line school and collaborative knowledge building community. He has also held senior management positions in both primary and secondary schools in a 35 year teaching career.”
